Searched and couldn't find exactly what I needed. I found this awesome diagnostics test, but wanted to see if anyone had a simliar problem as me before I poked around all night with a multimeter.

http://bgbonline.celicatech.com/94_6gmanua...ol%20system.pdf

Symptoms:

I can engage the cruise control and the light will turn on, but it will not work. Only the light comes on. It stays on constant until I shut it off. I see the light at no other times other than when I click it on.

If I jump the Tc and E1 in the diagnostics panel I get a continuous blinking cruise control light and no codes.

Other Info:
I wired in a Japanese ST205 gauge cluster into my car. This has no cruise control light so I pinned it in as my cruise light going to the ABS light. So essentially a light still turns on when I use cruise its just not the typical green cruise light.

I am wondering if there is something in that circuit that feeds back out to the cruise control and hence my problems. I doubt it, since the light gets a common power and the other wire goes to the cruise control which is what I have wired in.

Thoughts?

is it an auto or manual? im thinking one of the safety switches may have went out. on a manual theres 2 switches on the clutch pedal. one for startin, which has nothing to do with the cruise, and one just for the cruise control. both switches should be closed with the clutch in a normal position (not depressed)

Yea its a manual. I'll check that sensor, I remember fiddling around with adjusting my clutch one time and hitting one of the sensors fairly hard with the wrench.. That could be it right there. Lets hope its that simple!
