Alright now I gotta change out my rear bearings, picked up a set of used bearings from a member here just to have an extra set just in case mines are runout laugh.gif

Then here's the dilemma....the 1 time use nut mad.gif


Most places including the auto parts store I work for sells the rear hub bearing without the nut kindasad.gif

I broke the seal thinking I could get another one easy like some Ford's axle nuts are

Pictured here in this Toyota Diagram there is no listing frown.gif



Anyone ever came across this and found a part number for the nut?

Is it smart/safe to reuse the old nut but punch the tapering on a different part of the nut?

This topic from 2009 shows the member purchasing a one piece assembly from Toyota, part currently costs $567 + tax roughly. I say fuuuuuug that.

best bet would probably be hit up fastenal. just take in the old nut and see if they can match it up

Yeeeeup did that frown.gif but they dont have a nut that can easily be punched in BOOO!!!! I'll try look into different other JDM cars maybe i'll get lucky. If anything I might have to put red threadlocker laugh.gif
