Well a while ago a noticed when I would hit the gas pedal and move I would hear a chirping sound kind of like a cricket. I have since then found where it was coming from but I don't know why its making this noise or how to fix it.

make sure the belt is not loose or really worn.

belt seems to be fine and is not loose. think a little WD40 would help on the wheel?

Don't spray that anywhere near the belt. More than likely, its the belt, it could be glazing over while it slips (what makes the chirping noise) and it looks fine just looking at it.

What would you do in this situation, I'll probably post a video some time this week but you wont be able to hear the chirp as well given I won't be moving

What would you do in this situation, I'll probably post a video some time this week but you wont be able to hear the chirp as well given I won't be moving

I would replace the belt, its like under 10$.

I've been thinking of pressure washing it but I'm nervous to get water in anything

meh I dunno I have a power washer at home and use caustic soda with detergent on my car seems to do the trick
