Anybody timed a healthy engine to find out EXACTLY how long the light stays on?
With various mileage and degree of wear of the engine - just to know what is really normal and
how it progresses?

it seems to depend little bit on where u live
when its around 65+ outside the light on my car is off with 1.5 seconds
a cold day that's let's say 40or below it takes 2-2.5 seconds
mine also has 180000

If you're looking for a way to light the gauges better, hit up Spree! He's got a great selection of LED's. Just let him know the color and bulb type. I'm sure he can set you up with good ones.

Check out his LED's in my dash!
