I just bought a Gt4 and the syncro of the 3rd and 4th gear need replacing. I don't know much about this tranny yet, what woud be the best solution:

But I don't know how long it can take to change syncros on this tranny. Cause if it takes forever, it could be cheaper to change the whole tranny instead. A buddy of mine just shipped a tranny from like caifornia to canada, and I think it was only like 200 bucks.

its the labor pulling the engine thats going to kill you. you have to pull the entire assembly to get the tranny off. good luck!

no worry about synchro mate because mine too need change but beacause is to expensive i drive with my old synchro and everything its ok
