He was just looking for a car that both him and my grandmother could drive and also something good on gas. he has a mazda mx3 as a project car atm so the celi will be perfect, im just glad I talked him into getting a celica :-)

Lmao. That reminds me of the guy I met this morning walking into work. He saw my Celica, asked what year it is (the guy had to be 60+ years old) and said he was admiring it the other day. He liked it because it reminds him of the Supra. He also said that he went home that night and looked to see how much one would cost and asked what I was getting for gas mileage. I told him and he said he couldn't find one for less than 4k with 200k miles or more on it lol. So I said to keep an eye open and gave him the website I found mine on.

It's cool to see older people interested in our cars. I feel like thats the crowd that they attract. Most the teens like their VEEETEX!!! And Scubies, not much interest in a Toyoder. Seems like the older guys that like handling and don't care as much for going in straight lines, pick up Celicas. Lots of local guys have them for autocross.
