so my gauge is telling me that I am only boosting 5PSI when I open up full. I checked what Vac lines I could see and I don't see or feel a leak any where. the car is running like it was before, (not Idling high either.) I am also hearing what sounds to be turbo flutter. the BoV seems to be working fine, opens and closes as it should be.

and now I am lost on what to do...

Is your wastegate stuck slightly open?

well what I could do, which wasn't much, made it seem like it was working properly... but I really don't know how to check that.

Are you using the stock boost controller or aftermarket? sounds like you have a problem with your wastegate line, or your boost controller. if you have an aftermarket boost controller is it electronic or manual?

Trace it to back behind the block, should be a line from the turbo going behind the intake manifold, then coming back around to the wastegate

if you have a compressor you can hook it up to your waste gate actuator and blow it open and closed if it has gotten stuck

my car was stuck in limp mode because it was ingesting oil from bad turbo seals and causing detonaion aswell. never knew it until i turned it off and hosed down every tube with carb cleaner.
