ive been looking for a couple of days online trying to find rotors that would work with the St205 calipers. and some of the guys on newcelica.org were talking about using r32 GTR rotors, and they look like they should work (on Paper) so anyone have thoughts on this?

No they are 5x114....the process mostly involved drilling new holes into the rotors...My only thought, is why they didnt just use supra rotors if they were just going to redrill hols? better yet they couldve just used the stock GT4 rotor...

exactly,
the whole point of looking for alternative disc is not to have to import them and have the downtime, shipping cost involve with that, if you are considering the GTR disc, I would say go for ST205 disc, will be about the same cost and about the same wait time, and wont need to get re-drilled.

my calipers mounting tabs were grinded to accomodate a disc with a total height of 53.2 mm ( currently using Cadillac catera front disc )

a disc that seems very close is the Chevrolet monte carlo 2001

302 mm diameter
31 mm thick
52 mm height

you would just need the bolt pattern drilled on them.

the caliper once mounted will accomodate a disc all the way to 309 mm without issue, the critical part is the offset, too high and it will touch the ball joint during suspension movement, too shallow and it will be a nightmare to find wheels that fit. BTW, with this brake system, depending on the wheel design you will a wheel with an offset of 38 or lower, mines are 35 and seem to have some extra clearing space.

or have the wheel bolt pattern change, with rav hubs...

or buy new st205 rotors....
