Don't suppose these S54 and E153 LSDs are any use to an E154F/GT4 to give some front traction?

Don't suppose these S54 and E153 LSDs are any use to an E154F/GT4 to give some front traction? unfortunately no. The e154f differential has a shaft extending into the center housing to send power to the rear wheels. IIRC there was a group buy on gt4oc to get a quaife ATB LSD made that featured that shaft. Unless you can get your hands on one of those you're out of luck -------------------- |

still scouring the web. I feel like I am getting closer.
Here is one option if I am really really desperate. I was directed to this site where they have a JDM Toyota LSD for $1300 (Which is a great deal cheaper than the $1700 toyota had quoted me) http://shop.totperformance.com/JDM-TOYOTA-...TOY-JDM-LSD.htm -------------------- 1995 GT::::Diffusing the Situation エキサイティングカーレーシングチーム! march 2010 COTM : 6GC feature 2014 : january 2015-2016-2018 COTM |

proper procedure for installing a diff into a S54? I cannot find any other thread that shows an install of a lsd into a similar trans He was replacing also 4th and 5th gear as well as installing the lsd. Is it necessary to remove gears etc to access the diff? -------------------- 1995 GT::::Diffusing the Situation エキサイティングカーレーシングチーム! march 2010 COTM : 6GC feature 2014 : january 2015-2016-2018 COTM |
