presure2, it looks like your best option would be to go for a 2.5" (IMO), since it would let you hit the 7a market w/ an option for the 7afte, those w/ higher flowing n/a 5s's and the low boosted 5s/3s ( though i think that they will want to go for a 3" option though)


as for me if you DO decide to go for a 2.5". i would be looking for full SS, (and since it looks like you would be looking at doing at least one seperation for the sake of shipping) w/ a v-band connector on the seperation, 2x Aeroturbine AR25's (with a nice CLEAN str8 through design) in the section just after the front most flange, with perhaps a small 6" length of piping in between each one. and then a OBX EVO 2 style can on the end. tucked as far up as posible, under axle.

imo that would be BEAST!!!!!

Heres another b-pipe I'm working on for cam's(ted95) 3rd gen swap
This one is 304 stainless, 3" piping, with an electric cutout, like Dustin (batman722) has.
Tig welded with 308l filler rod (309l where it mates to the non stainless cutout) all the pipes were coated in the weld areas with solar flux on the inside, so the welds will not rust.





I ran out of argon, so ill finish it up tommorow.
Not the prettiest welding in the world, but it wont crack or leak, and it's definitely better than my mig welding jobs!!

I believe 10 feet of straight stainless steel piping is suffice enough because of the included muffler and resonator????
