I've got a ST205 motor swap in my ST184 and its been running great except lately its been having an idle issue but it still drives fine??
All things done with NOT. -I've already tried swapping out the IAC valve and no change. also just unplugged it and idle went up a few hundred -Swapped the ignitor and coil assembly and no change This is at NOT and just idling. have you checked for any potential vacuum leaks? A lot of times issues like this are something very simple. I'd recommend getting a 2/12 inch piece of PVC end cap and a 3" stepped down to 2.5" silicone hose with a compressor air fitting. You then drill out the top of the pvc cap and thread in the compressor fitting using teflon tape to ensure that you have an airtight connection. Then take your inlet pipe off, attach the 3" side of the silicone hose with a band clamp to your turbo, and use the pvc end cap on the 2.5" side of the silicone hose and clamp it with a band clamp. Then use an air compressor to charge your system with 15psi and listen for hissing sounds.
