OK..I have a reply regarding the Aerospeed headers.
Steve from StreetStyler.com has confirmed that the Aerospeed Header
(Chrome 94-99 Toyota Celica Ref.: ARO800911)
WILL FIT the 94-99 Celica ST.

See http://www.streetstyler.com/ArospeedChromeHeaders.htm
These are currently priced at $199.95
However, they are currently out of stock BUT should have some more in a few weeks time.

He is also prepared to consider a Group Buy purchase.
(If all that are ordered are sent to one address).
As for how much they will be, I honestly don't know.
I guess it entirely depends upon how many are bought.

So initially - WHO'S INTERESTED?

BTW: I'll be posting in the Group Buy section on Celica.net as well.

Here's the link to the thread on Celica.net for finding out the interest in a Group Buy on these headers.

Hey GT-4,
If you could get down to see Arospeed that would be brilliant.
Arospeed
10776 SW 190 Street #B
Miami, Florida 33157
...Or may be even a phone call -
toll free 866.276.7733
(I sent an e-mail to them and got no response).

If you can confirm what I have found out through StreetStyler.com,
It would re-assure a lot of people who are interested in buying a bolt-on, no modification, header (with positions/places for the upper and lower 02 sensors) for their 94-99 Celica ST.

Thanks.

BTW: I have sent this message as a PM to you as well.

I have had no reply to my e-mail on the 02 sensor issue.

I'm going to try and call Arospeed or Street Styler tonight and find out for myself.

Please bare in mind that I have about a +5-8 hour time difference.
...and my only internet connection is at work.
I'll post my findings tomorrow.

Bl**dy 'ell! mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif
Trying to get hold of someone at Arospeed ain't easy.
I phoned 3 times last night and twice today...
and all I get is automatically put on hold listening to the bleeding local radio station.
mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif
(and what's more it's not toll free to me - so 5 minutes listening to music costs me a fortune).

I'll keep trying, but can someone else try as well.

I have some really good news. smile.gif

I asked Steve at StreetStyler.com if the headers had the places/fixations for the upper and lower 02 sensors.
The reply I got was:
'Yes they do'.

He also said he would let me know when they come in.
(This may take a couple of weeks or so).

For the moment I do not have any prices for a Group Buy.
Basic price is $199.95 + shipping so we'll be able to get it cheaper than that.
This is something I will have to negotiate with him when they come in.
It obviously depends on the number of definite orders placed.
I believe he also mentioned to me that in order to accept a Group Buy there had to be a single unique shipping address.
(Or if someone can pick them up and organise individual shipping).

I for one am definitely in if I can get it for $170 or less (that's 15% discount).

So what's the next steps...

1. Of the list of people that expressed an interest:
Myself vphmc.
From this site:
Jeremey922
Jussimple
PaulGT
burningcelica
Milds3vn
edo17982
RedSunCelica

From the Celica.net site:
spyrul
forkee
zidra
celicakid84
jensen
MadLion90
neipas09
gh0std0g
The Evilspeed Toe
SilverCell94

HOW MANY OF YOU (OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER) WOULD DEFINITELY BUY IF THE PRICE WAS, LET'S SAY, MAX. $170 + SHIPPING?

2. IS THERE ANYONE THAT WOULD VOLUNTEER TO PICKUP ALL THE HEADERS FROM
Street Styling IN Clifton Heights, PA AND THEN SHIP THEM INDIVIDUALLY?
NOTE: This is quite a repsonsibilty because it would involve picking up ALL the headers from Street Styling directly and then the organising and sending of each individual header to each member.

Yes, I guess one can be sent to Italy for you.
(Afterall, I want one sent to France).

As for shipping price????
My guess would be, using UPS, somewhere in the region of $100-150 (+ @$50 import duty).
At least that's by my calculations - could be more could be less!

Is it worth putting headers on or would it just be better to go with the intake?

Yes it is worth putting on a header but to get best results from it you need to change your exhaust system as well.
I suggest an air intake system first, but it depends on how much you have to spend.

FYI:
Four essential elements for engine power are:
AIR(air intake system upgrade);
FIRE(spark plugs, wires & fire timing upgrade);
FUEL(fuel regulator upgrade)
EXHAUST (header & exhaust system upgrade)

i called aerospeed today and asked about a direct fit header for the st and they told me it would not be out until this summer and it is going to retail for $325. i also called the toyota dealer near me and asked for the part #'s for the exhaust manifold's for the 94-95 celica st and he said the 93-97 coralla are the same as long as you have federal emissions.
