Check out General Discussion, look inbthhevstickies for Discounted Parts for Members. GT4 rear strut bars are like $70 there.

Between $75-200 depending on when/where you buy it. About $150 from eBay with the leather cover and the strut tower covers.

Wait so you're trying to stiffen the rear because it swings out? That means your front end is too soft and the rear is stiffer... Celica's understeer naturally, not oversteer. Adding this bar will add oversteer due to stiffening the rear and usually that's the desired result. If you want the whole car to go in the same line, get urethane front sway bar bushings to counteract the rear swinging. Sounds like your front bushings may be shot at this point.

Or get a stiffer rear anti-roll-bar, if what you are trying to reduce oversteer.

I've got cusco and whiteline bars if your looking for a quality piece. Stiffening the rear sway bar will induce oversteer
