me? its not out of not wanting to get her back on the road, I just don't have the money for it. It was going to be swapped and driven to me by another individual, but it just may not happen like that, so it gets put off til I can get down there to do the work myself

Do you already have the motor? Cover gas and I'd almost be tempted to pick the car up and swap it myself!

It's official. I requested my days off. See you guys there rain or shine! Was also wondering, I've never in my whole life seen a toll highway. I heard about them highway robberies that frequent major highways in Illinois. So I'm suppose to slow down and go towards the lane with cash payment? How much is toll nowadays? So just bring a bunch of change for toll if in fact I run into a bunch of them? I heard that missing a toll payment can get fined on average $20 per toll violation, whereas the toll may have been a few quarters to a couple bucks.

Can I come, I'll bring my '94 GT 3SGTE or should I bring my '90 S13 Silvia RB20DET ?
Where's this happening Joliet?, Im in Willow Springs/La Grange area hardly see any Celis here, sucks ballz.
Plus missed all the meets last year both cars were down till end of Fall FTMFL.
And I meet only one forum member in past from Nico, up in Elmhurst at Strats hot dog joint if any one know where thats at, get a mix of all kind of gear heads there.
Hope my work dont ef this up for me.
Would love to see some nice Celi's or Sw20's

Toll is .75 on 294 for cars, and think 88 around Aurora its lots more, but I never go out there. Glendale Heights is as far as I go.

And whats that thing with you guys bringing stuff how that work.

Matt.

You can come down in whichever car you want to.

This meet happens at Starved Rock State Park in Utica. It's about 90 miles from O'Hare (my location), so you can plan accordingly.

Typically, the format for this meet goes as follows:

Arrive
Set up foodstuffs and grilling
Chat it up while I'm cooking
Photoshoot/Random pictures (more of the latter)
Cruise up and down RT. 71 a time or two
Go hiking for an hour or two
Make a decision on dinner
Head home and rush back to the computer to set up the next midwest meet.

What you should do:

1. Find the most updated attendance post
2. Copy said post
3. Decide who/ how many people you are bringing.
4. Suggest some food/drink item to bring.
5. Add lines 3, 4 & 5 to copied post.
6. Click 'add reply' button

We look forward to seeing you at the meet!

I'm cool with either car. Chris grills some awesome burgers, well worth the trip.

Zack, any more ideas for the video? I've tried looking for a few videos on YouTube just to have as an example but I can't find anything good. A few of my friends had a video exactly like I'm thinking of but it's not posted online anymore.

If I'll bring more than 1 person it will have to be in Celi, S13 has 7pt roll cage=no back seat drivers, I'll update my situation but interested in doing something.
