thats totally, fine you don't have an addiction at all.
![]() i've used meguirs ultimate compound which is fantastic!! and meguirs $18 wax (something 2.0 its purple box) you buy at autozone and it worked great on my 1 day paint which was coated directly over the factory paint (without any prep work) -------------------- Group buy to replicate Narrow E series transaxle parts

see fresh paint that is not oem(oem paint is baked on so no need to wait) still has solvents evaporating, it can take up to 90 days for the paint to fully cure and you dont want to use a wax or sealant because it will clog up the pores inhibiting the outflow of gasses and they need to evaporate. unless the paint was baked on then you dont need to wait.... i dont use the nxt 2.0 anymore. durability is lacking. the look is good but not great. not the best product imo. i love the collinite 845 shown below. if spread thin it comes off easy, lasts an easy 4 months or more. and the look is comparable to waxes that are in the 75-300$ range, and it only costs around 15$. now for a sealant the wolfgang pictured below works awesome, just needs to cure for 12 hours without getting wet. then you can top it with a carnauba wax for added pop.
anyways got more product.... new towels: new liquid products: more pads: place to store new pads and towels: http://www.autogeekonline.net/gallery/data...um/100_1625.JPG and for kicks the back of my car purple from iron-x! This post has been edited by opie_7afe: Mar 10, 2012 - 10:24 PM |
