Hi guys I sold my celica awhile back and got a 09 subaru legacy and I'm thinking about selling it and I just wanted to ask the community for some help. Does anyone have any info on what the process would be if the bank still has the title and what I need to do any help would be appreciated.

Look up lien transfers in your state.

If you are still paying, you doubtfuly have the title. If you do, and its just lien marked, before you sell it. You have to settle that lien, or come to an agreement with the buyer, and lien holder.

Look at your registration. You are the registered owner and the legal owner will be the place you need to get in touch with - this will most likely be the financial institution that gave you a loan to purchase the vehicle.

Give them a call and ask how you should approach the situation.
