Pictures of the original bumper we have:

My car is lowered by 40mm and yet there is still quite a bit of room between the bumper and floor for speed bumps.

Pictures of our prototype.

Thanks

The origional C one had some flaws in which we've corrected too.
Yes shipping to US is gonna be high but I'm hoping some of the European members may want one from us.

Looks great Ray. The one thing that puts me off the C-One bumper is the cross bar in the upper intake hole. I maybe tempted and just get it cut out.

To be honest that is the only thing I would change for the C-One bumper
If I was at all handy with fiber glass I could buy it, cut out that middle cross bar and have a unique bumper
(actually I know someone on gt4oc has already done that)

Postage to USA is a killer.
Best thing to do is if a seller in the US buy in bulk from us at a trade price.
That way we can ship buy 20 foot container which is much cheaper.
Then the seller can sell our stuff in the US and make profit and you all are happy saving on postage.

Hey Ray! Good to see your team still hard at work on quality items for us.

I'm interested in this mock C-One you've created but with the following bars removed:

Pretty much what SupraKid did to his recently... (I'd link you to a pic, but can't find one off the top of my head) Could you humor us and let us know ballpark, what it would cost to ship to North America?

Do you think your guys could come up with an entirely unique front bumper?

... also - I'm assuming your C-One replica is molded to a GT-Four? (I'm looking for a bumper to fit flush with the ST205 hood...)

In answer to your questions, yes we can cut the rods off and have it frp smoothed for an extra £100.
This is for the ST205 with a GT4 bonnet.
Regarding shipping, I can't even find a courier which can post this bumper to the US let alone give me a price. I can only offer postage of the bumper in Europe at the moment and the most expensive to places like Polan, denmark and Finland is about £70 for it's size.

Yes custom bumpers can be done but it won't be cheap to make one offs. We'll be going into the thousands just to do a custom.

Damn we need someone in the US to buy a bunch of those and sell them! I'd do it if I had the room and the money.
