whats the name of the aluminom cover on the pasanger side and were do i find one?

You mean the valve cover? is it the one that the sparkplug wires go into that also has the oil filler cap? If so then that is your valve cover and your best bet to find one would be to try local salvage yards(get out your phonebook) or buy one from another member on the forums( add a WTB thread in the Buying/Selling section)

If you are just wanting to make it look prettier, you can buy some engine paint from the autoparts store and spray it with that. Just make sure to SCRUB that valve cover spotless and spray it with brake cleaner just to be sure cause you dont want to paint over oil residue.


Here are some pics,
BEFORE-





AFTER-(I was unpatient and smudged it over the 16 Valve Emblem)


I painted the top black, waited for it to dry, and then I put masking tape over it. Next I used an exacto knife to cut the tape till it just covered the parts you now see are black. Finally I painted it all red and pulled the black tape off.
2 years later it still looks perfect. Make sure you mask off the gasket mating surface(where it meets the cylinder head), the oil filler cap hole, and the pcv valve hole.
