Now I might just be out of my mind due to all the hours I speend at work but do these turn signal look legit? I cant put my finger on it but the whole bumper itself just looks odd to me.

The lower grille has been replaced with a mesh grille. I can't tell about the turn signals.

never seen them, they look nice, but not that nice, holy crap 399 that is insane.

I think wolfies look pretty damn nice, as good if not better, those are just different.
If I was upgrading I would be buying wolfies, the lens is not that hard to change,
and oem housings are pretty cheap.

I had to make my own lenses out of lexan, I lined the inside of a set of oems I got from Manny
with foil tape and glued them together with rubberband clamps, like the how to for pre facelifts clears.
Thay are not as nice as those or wolfies, but they work, they were cheap, and are bullet proof.(small caliber)

that sorta the plan I have about doing. He covered up the middle vent and the vents below both turn signals.

actually Junyan is a Taiwanese company that seems to be specializing in aftermarket lighting solution.

I'm not sure how rare these guys are but it's certainly not rare as in they are limited edition. It may be rare because no one buys them.
Check out their website here
http://www.junyan.com.tw/products.asp?ProI...&CatName=TY

They sell them by the lots.

Anyways they do look like the autoart light.

I wouldn't buy them for $400

The ebay seller is probably trying to get someone to make the purchase assuming they won't read the ad and think they're paying $400 for the bumper. Deceiving!
