Does anyone else have this problem? I circled it where it's been leaking from. Basically if I go through the DIY wash, and i spray the sprayer near that black strip of plastic(i'm assuming, it could also be metal) it literally douses my interior. It's also seperating from the rear quarter window(s) on each side.

If I didn't know any better, it almost look like the chassis had been flexed, causing the strips on each side near the windows to seperate. I had never noticed it until now, it may have always been like that. There's about a 1/4 inch gap between the roof and these moldings. It's kind of random where it's seperating from too, it kind of looks like somebody took a screwdriver to it & tried to pry it off in certain spots. I know that's not the case tho.

Was wondering, has this happened to anyone else? The car has not been in an accident, at least not a reported one. I'm thinking about how much this is going to cost..

Mine used to leak a little bit on one side, and whenever I washed the car, drops of water would get on the inside of the window. I adjusted the window track a bit when I installed my power windows, and it no longer leaks.

Yeah, I wish it was just the little rubber inserts that go in there, but apparently it isn't. It's like the hard plastic molding around all the side(windows) just on the top. Strange.. I'll take it to toyota and see what they say.

My car leaks or used to leak when I washed it at a car wash. Since then, I moved the latch around to which the door hooks. Im hoping that this solves it. Basically, the door was sticking out too far since the latch was out too far.

Mines leaks somewhere. I have to leave my car outside and the mildew smell is getting pretty bad.
