So, about 3 months ago, I had a bearing go out in the back. Not fun, as I was on my way back from Cleveland for work. The shop I brought it to (ie: flatbedded with the rear wheel in the trunk haha) was 80 miles from a Yoter dealership, and I also had a time constraint, so they installed non-ABS units (which involved breaking the ABS ring off my stub axles to reuse them). They JB'd the ring back on, one held fine, the other didn't. I lost ABS 30 miles in and haven't had it since.
I'd like two in good shape, though one is fine. Can pickup within 200 miles of 06051. I don't want to have to spend $400 at Toyota for those hubs when I may have to sell the car anyways. |
