Its a fiberglass kit and was moulded on. I run on stock springs and at times iv gotta be real careful where im goin...but mostly its not that big a problem..
I took it to a place called underground body works in Dallas and after speaking to the guyz there, looks like they know what theyr talkin bout.... |

Man this sucks, i want one, but im not a ricer, well i make fun of them, and i know this dosnt make you a ricer, but im not even really into my cra that much, i mean i like it, but im trying to save for a newer nicer car, like an old muscle or a newer bimmer, most likly a bimmer. but when i see pics like that i want one, humm... that and my bumper is kinda messed up, but i dont know if i should get a new front ro just a lip, well im just ranting, that an i have sportlines and dont wanna hit anything.. what you think? why did you go with just the lip?

That price is absurd...my body shop charged 250 for installation and paint coz the front lip i got was for the 94-99 and it required a little cutting and mods to fit it on my 99...else the charge would be lower... I first wanted to know how well a bodyshop can fit the lip and how good it will look..i am more than happy with the results.. i'm gonna be getting the sideskirts and the rear lip...first im gonna do some research on what would look good... For anybody considering shaving the corners of the fender n bumper i'd say do it...i love the way it looks.. i am runnin on stock suspensions, if i had lower springs i would be hitting the road a few times..especially at the enterence to my apartment... Also, molding is the way to go....i love the way it looks.. This post has been edited by kingpreetham: Jan 10, 2004 - 2:27 AM |

it just depends...i know the guys who worked on mine had done a lot of aftermarket kit moulding before....ask if they have pics of any prior work..or show them what you expect.. the bottomline is...if they have done it earlier, they will be able to do it... |

i got my lip moulded in 3 days...i got a 94-95 lip coz the lip was sold as a 95-99 and by the time i got to know that it would require small mods to fit it on a 99 it was too late..
