Just not a fan of them anymore, I guess I outgrew the trend or whatever you want to call it. I still have them in, just barely ever use them. I just hate getting asked, "Are the switches for Nitrous?" "Are the switches for your hydraulics" and other stupid crap like that. Its also a pain in the ass having them in the vents everytime I have to take my deck out. (Everywinter before storing it) I didn't do it as a trend or whatever i just love having my lights for my Night time drives, puts off a nice ambience and i always get compliments on them. I like how your switches look their. I prefer for my own car to have them hidden though(people always have to play with them, I'm sure you know what i mean).... I can see what you would mean about the vents depending on how there in there but i don't mind tinkering on my car with things like that. Yea thats the only reason Im not taking out, because i took all the time putting them in, and enjoyed doing it at the time.
And I never really used that opening where teh switches are now anyways, so I wanted to do soemthing a little different from everyone else. And Since I don't need guages or a boost controller or anyhting else I figured I'd throw them in there. I like the way it trned out.
