My clutch is not working correctly. Before i start the car, all gears go in fine with no problem. When i turn the car on and hold the clutch, the gears wont go in. The only way to put it in gear is to have the car turned off, put it in gear, and then turn the car on.

I'm not sure exactly how to explain it but when your clutch is good and you're in first gear, after releasing your clutch about half way, the car starts to move. Well, now, when i'm releasing the clutch, the car starts to move by taking it out just a little bit.

It kinda seems like the clutch get's stuck or something. I need some help. This is the only thing holding me back from using my car.

any sugestions?

The clutch isn't disengaging properly. Its either a hydraulic problem or a bent clutch fork. Check the hydraulics first.

Yup, just make sure you bleed the slave after you replace it.

The slave cylinder is new. We took apart the tranny on Saturday thinking that it might be that we put the disk on backwards. But everything was fine. The fork is fine too.

The only thing left, in my mind, is that the Master Cylinderis going bad and might not have enough presure.
