hey guys,
when I got my car 7 years ago the dome lights didn't work (convertible dome lights above the rear view mirror). I never even bothered changing the bulbs which I thought it was, instead I put lights in the floor and ignored them. I just popped the little cover off the other day and the bulb is fine, so the problem is somewhere else. I'm still focused on finishing my engine build so I'm not too crazy about tracing the wire out for the bad connection. I'm hoping someone can tell me if this is a common problem and hopefully where the problem is. If not then I'll just put it off for a few months while I'm finishing the car. Thanks!

Not sure if this will help, but when I added new lights into the car they wouldn't work until the cables were earthed out somewhere.
Just trying to throw some ideas around if you haven't found the problem already.
