Im thinking about getting some camber bolts. but was wondering how hard it would be to install and if there is a "how-to" guide for installing them

its pretty simple, most macpherson struts like ours use the same type of camber bolts, especially alot during the mid 90's toyotas. Face the tab toward you to adjust for positive camber, and face it towards the car for negative. its good to have a magnetic camber gauge or those pro ones but i guess you can eyeball it as close as you can to OEM. Just remember OEM specs are not exactly 0 degree there is some degree of camber, and I believe the rears have more camber than the front.

I have camber plates on my ksport fronts, but when I adjust the camber (more negative) I also get toe in.

Yeah.

I have camber plates on my ksport fronts, but when I adjust the camber (more negative) I also get toe in. did you notice it after you changed the camber and then dropped the car down from jacks? you'll notice toe changes, you have to drive the car for a little bit for it to settle back, I noticed it myself as well but when i drove it it straightened out. it was VERY noticeable. I tried to drive it out but it was TERRIBLE. back to normal setting and waiting to get some bolts, and adjust them from there rather than the top mounts

So our only solution to correct camber are these bolt? I have them but they help just a little.
Obviously we cant adjust the camber bar because is a solid bar, but is there something else that is adjustable to replace that bar? Or the only solucion is to cut the bar, short it and weld it? -------------------- |

my rear camber can be adjusted via the top mounts, but it isnt fine tune adjustment like the front. there are set holes where the top mount bolts thread through at certain degree's. Other than that, for fine tune, I would say thats where the screws come in.

there are camber bolts with more degree adjustments just look for those, most of the market has 1 degree or 1.75 degree or something like that. get somewhere in the 2-3 degrees. our camber bolts are mainly for struts similar to ours which was prominent in the 90s. if our cars had upper arms that would have been more adjustment but also more expensive.
