If you're looking for wheels too, check out my specs, They're not really flush, but really sucked in either, but I can't remember off hand the sizing (I think 18x8 +35 )
and I didn't even need to roll fenders, and it is lowered.

Biggest I want is 16" though. Which it'll be awhile before I replace the stock 14" wheels, car came with new tires.

$99/wheel. MB Five X. 17x7. Seem to be quite heavy though...Amazon down there says 28 lbs, but that must be shipped.

Honestly, I would scour your local Craigslist to see what is on offer - wheels get nicked and dented so easily, it's not a bad idea to buy used wheels, as long as they're not bent in any way - the surface can always be refinished, cheaply at that as well. I picked up my wheels, with tires that I ended up using for another year and a half, cost me $280. There are deals out there...

This. If you have a local Discount Tire or the like, you can try there.
I paid 850 out the door for my wheels (MB Drifter 17x7) plus Tires (Kumho Ecsta Ast) all mounted/balanced.
Not top of the line, but for a daily it's plenty.

I've come across some decent OEM scion rims for cheap on craigslist, just no need for em smile.gif
