hey guys, i was wondering if the JDM clusters i see on ebay are simple plug and play or will i need to modify things for it to work on my 6th gen. i have a 94 GT and im looking to buy a new one. thanks in advance!

i just want to know if this will be a simple plug and play for my car. i have a 94 gt 5SFE manual transmission.

I don't think it'll be calibrated right for your car. Maybe someone that's been there done that can chime in.

They are not plug and play but you can take the speedo and rpm heads out of the caseing and swap them into yours. The wiring is different for the fuel, temp, and boost side due to having the boost guage in there. There is a how-to in the stickies on this forums somewhere that tells you what you need to do to make it work.

The sticky will make it work if you have patience, that and looking at the actual backside of the circuit board. I have an ST205 cluster in my car and it works. Just take your time and you'll get the wiring figured out. All it is is repinning the plugs.

EDIT: for the cluster you are looking into, I would just swap over the speedo and rpm gauge since you won't have to change any wiring.
