can someone give me a list of Carb Legal engine swaps, turbochargers, and/or superchargers?

well that all depends on where you are from, because some stated have strict standards, while others have none on emissions

Cali is probably the worst place to move if you want to have a swap, turbo, or supercharger. I think WE have the MOST STRICT laws. Emission sucks here. But i still have it done. I guess it really matters on who know.
