You are not the only one who is working hard. I am a CPA and it is tax season in my country right now. I am pushing minimum 16 hour days and finding time to deal with anything else is impossible. That is why i made this thread, because i was not getting any answers from you when i checked and saw that you had read my emails. I will send you an email and ask you for shipping numbers and stuff so that we dont get misanderstood any more.
When the tail lights arrive i will post a FULL apology. I have nothing against you and how could I, being 8,000 miles away from you. |

you posted his full name and city that he lives in online.. that is what made him mad. Granted Stipt is my friend and he prolly should of kept up contact with you a little better but putting his name and the city he lives in online is kinda crossing the line. Im not jumpin on you here neoklis... I actually don't have a problem with you at all, you have been helpful on the boards and shown yourself to be a postive constructive member... but I would like to use this as an example of why you don't do that. even me who doesnt really know the 1st things about these TV typwriters can figure out where someone lives in a matter of mins online with just a name and the city they live in, someone with a little more skillz on the computer could do alot more than that if they wanted to. All someone would have to do is look at all the posts that stipt has ever put on this board to figure out basically everything he has... now how hard would it be to go to his house and take what you wanted if you lived close? Hell if I didnt know him I would be tempted  J/K stipt.Now I know how bad if sucks to think your gettin screwed by someone.. just a few weeks ago I put this post up
Now he had over $300 of my money and hadn't heard from him in over 2 months.. no response to emails or ims or anything.. would sign off as soon as I got online, etc.. and even though I thought he was gonna screw me I gave just enuf info to keep people informed of him with out getting overly personal.. I coulda posted a photo, name, address etc about him but I didnt out of respect - even though I fully expected to get screwed. Finally after contacting him he sent me the tracking number and a few days later I had the product - and I have no hard feelings about it, I prolly wont do buisness with him agian but the end result is what matters. I understand the whole getting it shipped by a deadline but even if he had gotten it out on time who is to say that it would of arrived on time? Yes you asked him to ship it out.. and it should of been, and it wasnt so you can fault him on that. As for shipping it over seas - well I have shipped tail lights to and from hongkong before and it was 20 bucks.. shipping alone to where ever your relative would of been would of been 10-15 so what is another 5$? You have a valid point here neoklis but I just kinda feel that it should of been approched a little different, You did remove his name pretty quick and that was cool of you but I think in the future we all should refrain from posting our own names and others.. I rarely will even post my 1st name.. even in PM's

stipt deserved to have his name posted; but its easier to find out about him then u stated. go to yahoo people search type in a name city and state and you can have his adress phone number etc. either way hope everything works out. |

Possibly you deserve to have your HD to be eatin away by back oriface. Or possibly routed to many porn paying sites to up your telephone bill. How about I just constantly open your CD case over and over. Either way, This post does need to die and I have apologized and still nothing. If you think I deserve that, you probably deserve a fist in the ya know what. You rip and taunt on me for one mistake. One...if it was a common thing I can understand. But One, people are not allowed to make one mistake without being torn apart having apples thrown at them by the miserable little peons that inhabit this land of piss? Oh and about finding out more about someone, if your smart, which I highly doubt you are, you can find a person's SSN, Address, Previous Address, Phone, CC#, Car plates, registration date, where they work, what bills they have. So, if you want my name posted, fine, I can screw your life up too, not too hard now days if you konw comps well enough. |

Hey Stipt, I feel your pain but you are too aggressive. I admit i did a mistake by putting your name up. But i quickly edited that immediately when i saw that this would be a problem. As for the city; well that is shown on your signature when you post or reply any thread. I have to say that the only reason i put your name in the first place was to see if someone else new you and maybe contact you or let me know what is going on.As you can see, this is what has happen and Neverstop was the one that got in the middle of this to help us sort things out.
Just to be over with this thing I NEOKLIS AM MAKING A FULL APOLOGY FOR THIS THREAD AND ANY HARM I MAY HAVE CAUSED STIPT. I CAN SEE NOW THAT I MAY HAVE BEEN TOO HASTY IN ACCUSING HIM WITHOUT BEEING ABSOLOUTELY SURE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I think paypay only charged like 3% for the transaction we had and that was just because you used a credit card.
This isn't survival here, this is business. How often at work (as a businessman) do you suck up to your clients and go out of your way to make yourself happy before them??? If a business thought the salesperson is more important then clients, this business would not be sucessful.
I agree with you. Remember what happened to Matthew for making "h4x0r" comments? That is a little extreme and your living in the movie "The Net." If you had access to this information, the problems with the people at Toysport would have been resolved just a little bit faster. Also, you would be rich (IE pay for something on CC and wipe it) And for having this much knowledge you should probably know that it is label and not "lable" I'm not trying to instigate or elevate this thread, I just think you are WAY overreacting for the situation. I hear the word "Sorry" can go a long way. Would have it been THAT hard to say it? He didn't know the situation so what did he have to base his argument off? You DID know the situation and did a terrible job of informing him. Just think if you sent me 100 dollars and I said I was going to get you something and a month later nothing is going on and no word. I think your way over reacting to having your name posted on the internet. My name is Shawn Anderson. If you look around in some of these forums I've seen peoples phone numbers, even people I have been in verbal disputes with. Taking an internet "fight" off the internet would be reserved for very psychotic people. Everyone has the attitude that instead of talking face to face we are talking computer to computer, which is why some jacked guy will be ripped on my the 100 pound skinny computer nerd. This happens too often and if the internet was more face to face I think it would be a more friendly place.
Look at how easy it would be to grab Coomer's name, it is ALL over the place. I'm not scared to post mine because I know that no one here will actually take the liberty of hunting me down. Think of EVERY time you send out an email or your name is readily availble through your work. I used to work as an inbound telemarketer and the FCC REQUIRED us to say our first and LAST names. I think a telemarketer would take a little more flack for what they are doing then someone posting stuff on the internet. No one is out to get you or Stipt. Anyways, to summarize: You over reacted. You do not deserve ANY type of apology from him because he posted your name on the internet. I would personally like to know your name so I do not do business with you (Not because it's your fault or anything but for lack of communication) You owe him an apology for lack of communication. Not really, they keep most things on paper not computers. Also, I can not speed up the process on how they do manual labor. As for threats, my name is being slandered, after an apology and explaination and for one mistake. Perfection is not human nature, perfection is a myth created by humans to make others feel better and give them something to work for and to believe that perfection is achieved through many hours of practice. Perfection is a falsehood told from parents to children to make them behave and give them a false sense of security and some sort of idea of how they want to be when they get older. If perfection existed, then sorry for screwing up... if it doesn't please retract your statement as I feel it being unneccessary since I have already apologized twice to him. Being the bigger man I was, I admited my mistake. Oh and for me freaking out earlier, that was because my full name was posted on the forum which is kinda a big no no in the world of the net. So again, if you have more complaining and teachings from your mind of knowledge, please feel free to type them down and notice that, its done and over with.

And the lack of communitcation I also explained to him and apologized, so thats fine if you don't want to do business with me. Don't do business with stipt because thats the only sig I use. And you may not care if your name is posted on the net, thats fine, that is your own opinion, but I do. Its a personal thing and should only be released upon my permission. Again, this post needs to die for the business is done and over with. He should get them Wednesday. I had one screw up outta like 15 transactions, whoopy! Sorry, I f0cked up. Once again, I admite to my mistake, its a mistake, that is all. If I was trying to screw him I would have used a fake name, to someone elses address or a business, then I would have used a new email account and screwed him outta $$$ that way. So if you see, my intentions were not to screw him outta the deal, it was just a big mistake, and I have already received apology from him because even before transactions were made he has made it clear that he did not trust me. If you feel uneasy dealing with someone, don't do business.

Well now that Carolina is the underdog i will be rooting for them but Pats will probably win.
And since this thread is probably getting put away anyway i might as well throw in my 2 cents. As a business man Stipt, even if u dont really agree, atleast try to sound like the customer is important to u. Also in an effort to keep ur business never and i mean NEVER blame the customer. Notice how quikly he was to take ur name down(so fast i couldnt see either) and to apologize even though he didnt recieve his items yet. Now it should be your turn and then this is over. You shouldnt put urself in an "you against the world" situation because thats not a very productive attitude nor one people enjoy to be around , especially because noone was really harrassing u im sure if u were calm about it it would have been over much sooner. it was ur little fit that sparked the negative remarks. anyway just my 2 cents go carolona (ravens in superbowl next year )

I know exactly how neoklis is feeling about this. I had the same thing happen except with a $2000 paintball gun. I had to resort to a lawyer to get it, all because some jackass kid thought it would be funny to never reply to any of my emails or calls. And I'll be damned if that lawyer hadnt helped me out then I would be out $2000 grand because he lived in Cali. If you fixed the issue then fine. Let it be.
