Help! My oil light is flickering on after 30 minutes of driving. The engine was just replaced. This has never happened before. I am having it inspected by the person who installed the new engine, but I would like to know your opinions. Is this something easily diagnosable? Thanks

Double check the oil level. If its borderline low, it will cause the light to flicker on and off when the pressure fluctuates.

I have. Oil level is fine. Are there any sensors that may have been disconnected improperly? Or could there by something preventing the flow of oil properly?

There is a sensor that triggers the light on the dash.
