That sounds like a ground issue. Weird things happen when grounds go bad. One of my Celicas said I was going 30 mph when I turned my parking lights on and it went up to 50 with the headlights on, along with other weird issues. I had pulled the motor out and did a few small things here and there and disconnected a ground wire in the process. Problem solved.

The only explanation I can come up with would be that a relay is malfunctioning.

^^^
All the relays in your car have constant power from the battery(terminal 30 in the picture), and they are also connected to the ingition/fusebox via terminal 86 or 85. If there was an internal short circuit inside the relay it could potentially send current back into the ignition switch or fusebox and turn on either an individual circuit or possibly the entire car depending on the circuit path.

Try pulling one fuse at a time until you find the circuit that is powering on your car. Obviously any device that is on will shut off when you pull the fuse in its circuit, so you are looking for the fuse that will kill ALL the incorrect power when pulled not just its individual circuit. Alternatively, you could pull relays instead of fuses to find the problem, but these are more difficult to remove.

ok had finally got a minute to look at it and figure it out and reconnected my negative battery cable and my alarm went off. And it wouldnt start now. But i could hear a relay under the dash. Tore it apart and found where they like hid the alarm system and i assume the relay in it is broken cause anytime i tried anything it clicked.
Anyway unhooked all the wired and the car starts fine and no more problems, thanks guys.
