Long read, lots of pics.
So after only being able to find A/T GTs (yet I only find M/T STs) and the fact it would be nice to have new ones, I decided to get a price quote on trans mounts from Toyota. Now the issue is I have A/T Vin, therefor I can't verify which part I need. Apparently there is 2 different passenger side mounts. Price quote from Toyota If you don't wanna (or can't) read the pic I know I need both of these mounts: *12371-74411 *12360-74050 And the 2 Passenger side mounts are: *12362-74460 (Type B) *12362-74430 (Type A) So I go to Toyodiy.com (thanks Steve for telling me about this site) and type them in to view the difference in what their applicable. 12362-74430 (Type A) 12362-74460 (Type B) Both There is no difference in the application, they both apply to the exact same vehicles. (Btw, apparently they also apply to A/Ts?) So now I'm confused. Apparently there is no difference except one is Type A and costs more then the other that is Type B? Anyone know anything about this? first off, the passenger mount is mounted to the engine so MT or AT shouldn't matter, in fact nothing should matter. get the cheaper one.
