Hi,
I have a 1997 1.8 ST Right hand drive. I think I've snapped the fuel door cable (If thats the right terminology). It had been sticky for a while and sometimes wouldn't open. It wouldn't open yesterday so I gave it a good old yank and it made a nasty sound. The door opened and I filled her up. Now it wont open. I fear I've snapped the cable. How hard is it to replace or repair? If it's a total replacement I guess I need this type of thing: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1994-Toyota-Celi...=item3cbd41e16d The button is on the opposite side from the door so I'm guessing routing could be a pain. Anybody have experioence of this? Thanks in advance for any replies. |
