I was going toget them. But they quoted me for one tyre not a pair, was a bit out of my price range.

On paper they seem good, handle stretching quite well too smile.gif

falken fk452 are old school. they've been around for well over 4 years. I'd go with yokohoma s drive (newer). or with some sumitomo htr z III they are better than both yoko and falken and only like $10 more each tire (if your getting 17 inch tires that is?)

They are an excellent tyre for the money.

Kind of an upper mid range tyre in the UK, not sure where they sit in US pricing....

Good tyre though.

the problem with the 225/45/16 is that there are not that many options here for me. only 4

yup. stock.

I want 225. and the 225/45/16 is the one that has the least change to the speedometer.

i don't want 215, 1 don't want 205. so ill keep looking, or wait until falkes are not backorederd

215/45R16 are perfect fit for 16 x 7 inch rims. that tire size is very rare and are usually for autocross/supersticky summer tires.

just got a new set maybe 2000 miles ago. Not as good as my old set of yokohama pradas but are a good balance between grip, cost and treadwear. My favorite tire in the rain though. I dont feel hesitant to drive 120km/h when its pouring.

my 205/45R16 yokohoma s drive will last a total of 16,000 miles. that's wearing them down all the way to the tire indicator marks
