I blew my 3rd gen 3SGTE the other month and I finally have it out and stripped down to the block (crank and piston still in).

Short story, I lost oil from a snapped oil fitting on the head.
Anyways. I'm focusing on the block right now then I'll do more.

So I was thinking perhaps getting the either...

Mahle TOY378405I04
or
Wossner K9055D050

Thoughts? ..both are 4032 I think?

Also what rods?

i prefer Wiseco pistons and unless you plan on making over 500HP stick with stock rods. however Eagle rods are cheap and lighter.
