With the FMIC you need to bridge the charge cooler sensor that checks the charge cooler coolant levels and pump. If this isn't done then code 54 is displayed. There is a great guide on how to do it on the website beneath. Just select 'how to' > 'modify' > 'Cure 205 error code 54 FMIC'.

I dont have the plug that goes to the pump is there another way to wire it up i cant get pics on here or i would show u what i mean you dont need the plug that goes to the pump. all you need to do is track down the wires for that pump which come out of the fuse box IIRC the ea1 plug to be more exact. then just wire up the appropriate resistors to the wires correctly as displayed the the above mentioned wiring diagrams. Heck you can intercept the wires at the ecu if you really wanted. i had trouble getting to one of the links so heres a pic of which resistors and how they should be wired. You should have a EWD for the st205 if not search for it and d/l it. the image is a modified version of the ic pump relay and how it interfaces with the ECU.... iirc where the resistors are is normally the stuff that comes and goes to the pump. JIC u dont have the IC pump relay as its in relay box 6 or 5 (the one that mounts the the radiator) theres also this This post has been edited by urbandork: Dec 10, 2012 - 2:02 PM |
