well, as many of you know, i have a 6th gen im workin on.

It had some damage to the rear driverside quarter panel, but no subframe damage so it was all good. Any way, the rear quarter panel was replaced with one i got from a junkyard, my dad welded the quarter panel on. And now she is a complete car again. Got a front bumper from toyota, and got a good rear bumper from a nearby salvage yard as well. So Last week, started on the wet sanding for the paint. All that is left is a high beam that im gettin from John (mynzeys) and have a new low beam sittin on top of my dad's car. But it should be out on the road before feburary! ill put up some pics later on!

well, i got the entire rear of the car for 400 dollars, this included taillights and all the trunk stuff!

update:

alright, the headlight came in from john(thanks bud), and i spent all last weekend wet sanding the car, and the rest of my family helped tape her up real good, so i believe just a little bit more of the fine sanding and she will be ready to go under for a paint job!

we are using the same paint as we put on my brothers convertible, which is the factory black color(don't know the exact name) with black metallic flake added into the clear. I tell you, it shines in the sun!!

after the paint is finished, i guess it is time to do a maintance check on it, allign the tires, check all the hoses, gaskets etc. But, i seriously don't know which car i want to bring to the pigeon forge meet now!

Looking good. As much as I want to see the Alltrac again, having a bunch of black 6th gens lined up(again) would be pretty sweet. The guy I'm bringing with me has a black 6th gen coupe(then add me, you, Brian... adds up to a bunch of black 6th's).
