It's been cold here in sacramento lately, and every morning my driver side door wont unlock. I don't know whats causing this. Later in the day when it gets warm it'll unlock for some odd reason. Any help? could it be frozen?

hahaha yes, it's frozen. you're getting a taste of what we get in the northeast! I usually have to climb in through the passenger side, or the hatch, and open the door.

Lock de-icer as a temporary fix. Graphite or silicone lube applied to the various bits of the mechanism after you disassemble the door for a longer term fix.
