So I'm new to coilovers and I've been searching around for a forum on 6gc to help us who's new to coilovers. I didn't know we had to preload them until a friend told me. I was clueless. But yea. Just wanted to share this video. It does a good job explaining how to preload and adjust the heights. He also explains which locking nut to spin to adjust height and adjust preload. I'm anxious for my Megans to come in already. XD

Don't you want a bit of preload if running low setups? Less movement... The dial for shock stiffness is only for the initial shock, not how far the wheel travels. More preload will reduce movement and is good for high speed cornering right?
