got the idea from this link. Thought this might be a way to save some money.

Pretty much you:
cut/burn out the rubber on the mount.
Cap off one side of the mount with tape or something level.
Mix polyurethane mixture (dry's pretty fast apparently)
Pour in the mount.
wait 42 hours and then drill out the hole for the bolt.

This would be better for people who's engines aren't quite in their cars yet and the mounts aren't being used.
