Its 160 here too. I don'tthink the cops will pull you over for 20%, but if they pull you over for sometyhing else you might get a ticket then for the tint

I paid $115 for my 30% tint job, I offered them more for a 25% but they wouldn't do it.

My firend just got his sonoma done this week for $135. He got 5% all around except the front. They told him it was legal, but its really dark. Looks great though. Here in TN, esp where I live, they arent too strict on it, esp. if the front isnt dark.

I had 5% on the back 3 and 35% on the front 2. Your allowed any % on the back 3 but nothing on the front 2 in Illinois. I passed local cops all the time and never had a problem. I did get 1 warning from a state boy, but he had nothing better to do at the time. It was on the highway. He wanted to get me for speeding but I saw him before he saw me and I slowed down before the radar got me. But, he pulled me over anyways and gave a warning for the tint. I think it cost me like $150 for what tint I had done.

if a cop does pull you over for your tint being illegal does he just give you some ticket that says go fix it or makes you pay a fine? |
