So, I have a slight missfire here in there in the rpms, at low around 1300 it does it , but i can continue to rev it up fine. Also when i rev it up all the way, it seems to stop around 6k, and its sounds like a 2 step. Now i am wondering if that could be caused by the TPS being off, plugs not gapped right. I have changed spark plug wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter, it has bkr7 plugs from twosrus, i think theyare suppose to be gapped to .32 right? so what could cause a slight missfire and the rpms to hold off at high rpms like that, when driving i can still take it to 7k no problem?

This is a feeler gauge. You can get them at any parts store for about 5bucks.

Look at page 5 of this bgb...
http://www.celicatech.com/93rmsour/1993/93...ca/fi/throt.pdf

4. IF NECESSARY, ADJUST THROTTLE POSITION
SENSOR
(a) Loosen the two set screws of the sensor.
(b) Apply vacuum to the throttle opener. *IGNORE THIS STEP*
(e) Insert a 0.60 mm (0.024 in.) thickness gauge, be–
tween the throttle stop screw and stop lever.
(d) Connect the test probe of an ohmmeter to the ter-
mi–
nals IDL and E2 of the sensor.
(e) Gradually turn the sensor clockwise until the ohm–
meter deflects, and secure it with the two set
screws. *Turn the sensor until it reads 0ohms*
(f) Recheck the continuity between terminals IDL and
E2.

Refer to the chart in that pdf.
