A quick question. Are the Megan Coilovers a direct bolt on for my 1997 GT w/o ABS?

Cheapest I found online btw was from this site and they use PayPal so it should be safe.

the only extra thing you'll find on your knuckle is a space so the sensor can attach to it so if your tires lock up for a split second the brakes with pulse

abs non abs, it doesn't matter. all mcpherson celica's have the same suspension no matter what.

yes they doooooooo, yipeee! almost every decent coilover out there does, and its damper and camber adjustment (no camber for rear) of course. i think Tein basics dont have the mounts, almost every other brand does.

Every good coilover suspension I know you have to buy them separate as you pretty much pick/design what you need and want.

I would just put Megans in the, ok for street use category. I have them on my rx7, not bad for what they are. Really you get what you pay for, but most people are just buying them to lower the car and maybe stiffen it up a little.

Always buying stock wheels... PM me if interested in selling.

He's right... I have them on my car I honestly bought them to stiffen it up and lower it just a tad. Now I'm focusing on other suspension parts that Im trying to figure out.
I road it on the canyon not bad but like he said you get what you pay for. And helper springs is crucial for our cara especially for the rear suspension that's what I experienced.

For street use, its perfect, for racing, you'd probably need a real good set if you plan to autocross, or a good set if your motor is built well. Other than that, get it for what you want it to be. I just appreciate these types of coilovers because they are affordable, and you can afford to buy another set or brand again if you wanted to. Again, the more expensive reputable coilovers is good too but you have to compare how you are going to use it, how often, and if its even worth to you to spend on it based on those two. I've had over 5 suspension setups and Tein Basics was the worst of them all personally as coilovers in terms of price, adjustability, features, and performance
