I believe that there was a fifth generation Celica GT-R, which was available in Russia(and probably more countries), and had four wheel steering.

i once saw a 5th gen that said gt-four on the back and also said 4ws. it had no mods whatsoever and didnt look like anything a teenager poseur kinda person would be driving it.....it was an auto too so i was just confused when i saw it....
