My dad got almost the exact same truck just before winter. Its a 2000 Tacoma in the same color, also a 4 cyl SR5. But automatic. His has a Lund lighted visor over the windshield and Lund footsteps to match....its a damn nice truck, i definately wouldn't mind driving it everyday. I know my dad loves his, and im sure you'll love yours. Congrats. wink.gif

you mind us askin how much you ended up payin for it?

im completely jealous

To start with he was asking $10,500, but he came off to $10,200. He gave me $3,000 trade in on my Celica, add around $300 tax and I ended up getting it for about $7,500 tax included. Not bad at all. It retails for over that, so I couldnt pass it up.

Thanks man, Im really enjoying it. I took it in the mud today for the first time, I had to check the 4-wheel drive before the warranty is up:D. It was fun, but it sucked cleaning it up. Cost me about $8 at the car wash to get all the mud out from under the truck and fenderwells.
