If it's at a later date, that I can make, and the car is fixed; I would gladly take the money I would use to go to Waterfest and put it toward this instead

That would probably be perfect. I think I can afford tires, have my cv axle and rims finished by then.

I think if the meet gets postponed to mid to late july no one should have excuses, since they would have more than enough time to get their cars ready for the road, I would like to show mines after the custom front bumper, but if the meet is before the vacation I wont be able to show it, but that wont stop me from going with my stock looking celica lol.
