my favorite grey is the one on dodson's car or the Anthracite that came on Supras, so rare, it reminds me of royalty.
And I am totally digging the interchangeable trunk lid idea, I wanted to go spoilerless but sometimes I want a spoiler too lol -------------------- |

well I diffently want to go dual if I can figure out a what to do it and make it look right.. I think dual looks really nice on cars.. mostly cuz its simetrical but it has always just looked good in my opinion
as for the color of that BMW that is pretty close to what I want.. maybe a hair darker as for the rapt thing... thats ugly in my opinion... stuff like that has always looked cheap to me for some reason - no offense to neone that like that its just not my thing -------------------- 99 project version 3.0.. hello SEMA 2010 =) |

what if you went with the fins under the rear bumper kind of like the arising II kit
except maybe a little less visible and possibly in carbon fiber. that would be hot |

I have thought of this also and like it. The ivader rear kinda has this on the far sides of the rear and I could maybe use the leftovers to make something like that.. I will have to do some more photoshopping prolly -------------------- 99 project version 3.0.. hello SEMA 2010 =) |

might be able to use this for my rear, the company I got it from messed up and sent me a kit for 92-95 civic instead of a 96-98 and they ended up selling me the wrong kit for $200 extra plus I get the correct kit shipped to me for no charge so I got this to play with if I want to

Back to the post about the rear end and whether to use the top or bottom, I say go with the bottom cuz it reminds me of the rear end of the Top Secret Wide body Supra. And I'd also say go single exhaust with that one, it looked great on the Supra at least.
Well it sort of reminds me of it, but I think it would look hot. |

i think the one on the supra looks like poop.
it shows too much of the under side. kinda looks like someone didn't like it and hacked it off with a dreamel. -------------------- Jared Harwell

Phat_99 before you knock the kit go check out some more pics of it, it is one crazy supra.
I like the look of those fins, but as Phat said, you have to make sure you don't have too much of the underbody of the car showing. Your photochopped pic doens't really show it, but the underbody of the celica is ugly as hell. |

I have to agree... the rest of the kit is nice but the rear has always looked like someone got way to happy with a dremel
I wont leave the underside showing.. If I have to I will build a rear diffuser that will hide all of that crap cuz I agree it would look nasty if that stuff was showing.

WOW thats awesome doggy! can't wait to see it finished and in my hands *update* well there isnt an update at the moment - LOL worked on the GF's car all yesterday in the rain but got it running agian... turns out that the cayataltic was clogged up with carbon deposits (her car runs EXTREAMLY rich due to no AIC) when it finally turned over it shop carbon across my garage.. pretty gross then I had to fix the wiring harness... the place that put in the motor before she owned it did a HORRIBLE job with the wiring, granted I'm not an expert on wiring myself but I coulda done it better blindfolded, oh well though as for my car I'm gonna try and work on it today and will post some pics if I get nething done... I got a dentist appoint so that will take up a good chunk of my time right in the middle of my day but well see.. I wanna at least fill in the cut on the driverside skirt today and might work on the rear a little more today and other small little odds and ends plus gonna figure out where to install my new greddy oil catch tank I'll let you guys know how it turns out -------------------- 99 project version 3.0.. hello SEMA 2010 =) |
