One month ago I bought a celica St. It is a good looking car and to be honest I fall in love with this car. However there is one huge problem about my car. It is drivers seat. I believe my seat is broken or somehow modified. When lowering the bottom part I can feel something like piece of metal coming up in the lower part of the back rest. When reaching lowest position of my seat that thing causes huge pain to my back. It doesn't feel normal even if you think about racing seats. Could you guys confirm that my seat is not anymore good to be used? If yes, could it be fixed? Thanks a lot

so it has a lever. that makes something stick up the bottom, sounds like that special modification was made.

When said about modification I didn't mean the ones made by man. What I said was that it might has modified after being affected by certain force.

They can be redone, foam and all. Or buy new seats w/modified rails, or there are some other options I can't recall, but you may yield results with some specific searchs of the forums.

I've seen this guys work on facebook..he is in the UK somewhere..

Or do what I said. It's free, and who cares about the comfort of their passengers anyway?

I do.

I rather be uncomfortable then listen to my GF compain about something poking her from behind besides myself.

Was that not family friendly?

Meh, I hardly have people ride with me anyway so it's not an issue. Was a free solution, can't beat that. tongue.gif
