Hi there, have recently bought a 1994 import with 3S-GE, LSD and SSS, am I right in thinking this a an SS2?

Also any advice where I can get some the the links for the SSS cheaply?

It would in fact be an ssIII. Toyota introduced two ssIII models. One which came with the 2.0L DHOC 3sge and another with the 2.0L DOHC 3sge Beams which incorporated VVTi (variable valve timing). Both had the super strut suspension if I'm not mistaken.

It is infact a SS-II, the SS-III wasn't introduced until 1996

your chassis plate will look something like this

E- ST202-BLMVF
3S-GE 1998cc
ST202-0000000
colour code* FQ20
E56-07C
A54

*Cant be white paint for the JDM 94/95 ST202 as it wasn't an option.

cheap SSS parts wont last long

I find it interesting how NZer's call JDM celica a 'celica', and a NZ celica, 'NZ new' like its unnatural for it not to be from Japan. where as UK call JDM celicas 'import' and UK celicas 'uk celica'
